What happens to existing John Lewis orders?

Any existing Home & Tech requests made before the relevant cut-off date will continue to be processed as normal, no orders will be left in a partially fulfilled state.

If you have already received a valid John Lewis Collection Pass, you can continue to use it in line with its normal validity terms.
