What is the Benefits plan?

The Benefits Plan is the agreement between you and your employer for the provision of home and technology equipment through Home & Tech.

It includes various items of key information including the terms and conditions and the payments to be made by you in return for ownership of the selected equipment.

You and your employer will electronically sign the Benefits Plan as part of the request process.
