Who owns the equipment?

Your employer owns the goods up to the later of 15 days after the equipment first comes into your possession or 30 days from the issue of the Retailer Security Code to you. From that point onwards, you own the equipment and retain ownership of the equipment once the Benefits Plan has ceased.
